Cyclonic Separators – First Stage Moisture Control
In addition to line filters, we recommend installing a cyclonic separator directly after your compressor. This device removes up to 66% of the moisture content in the air before it reaches any dryer or filtration unit.
Cyclonic separators work by creating a high-speed rotational airflow that forces moisture to separate and drop to the bottom of the housing, where it is discharged via a float or powered drain.
